We are thrilled to announce Christina Dunn as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CCCERA (Contra Costa County Employees’ Retirement Association). The Board of Retirement has completed its thorough search, ultimately selecting Dunn for this esteemed position. This appointment follows Dunn’s role as the acting CEO since August 2023.

Dunn brings a wealth of experience and leadership to her new role. Previously serving as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, she has demonstrated exceptional capability in managing CCCERA operations and aligning them with the Board of Retirement’s directives.

With a decade of dedicated service to CCCERA, Dunn’s journey began as the Administrative and Human Resources Manager in 2010. Her ascent to Deputy CEO in 2017 underscores her commitment and contributions to the organization’s success. In addition to her tenure at CCCERA, Dunn has also served in key roles in county and state-funded non-profits, further enriching her understanding of organizational dynamics.
