The Retirement Board May Discuss And Take Action On The Following:

  1. Pledge of Allegiance.
  2. Accept comments from the public.
  3. Approve minutes from the August 9, 2017 meeting.

CLOSED SESSION 

  1. The Board will go into Closed Session pursuant to Govt. Code Section 54956.9(d)(4) to confer with legal counsel regarding initiation of litigation (one potential case).
  2. The Board will continue in Closed Session pursuant to Govt. Code Section 54956.9(d)(1) to confer with legal counsel regarding pending litigation:

  1. Presentation from the StepStone Group of private equity pacing report.
  2. Consider and take possible action to authorize the CEO to renew a maintenance and support agreement with CPAS Systems, Inc.
  3. Consider and take possible action on SACRS Voting Proxy Form.
