   3. Election of Secretary (Gordon, incumbent).
4. Routine items for July 12, 2017.
   1. Approve certifications of membership.
   2. Approve service and disability allowances.
   3. Accept disability applications and authorize subpoenas as required.
   4. Approve death benefits.
   5. Accept Asset Allocation Report

CLOSED SESSION

5. The Board will go into closed session pursuant to Govt. Code Section 54956.9(d)(1) to confer with legal counsel regarding pending litigation:

8. Presentation of Annual Funding Plan.
9. Presentation of liquidity report for May 2017.
10. Consider and take possible action to cancel the July 26, 2017 meeting.
