  4. Review of total portfolio performance including:
    1. Consideration of any managers already under review or to be placed under review.
    2. Consideration of any changes in allocations to managers
  5. Presentation regarding Market Stabilization Account Report.
  6. Consider and take possible action to approve proposed CEO employment agreement and authorize Chairperson to execute on behalf of the Board.
  7. Consider authorizing the attendance of Board and/or staff:
    1. Commonfund Institute Trustee Roundtable, June 3, 2014, Portland, OR.
  8. Miscellaneous
    1. Staff Report
