• A retirement benefit estimate (limit of two dates per request and within 5 years of requested date). 
• An individual counseling appointment.
• To attend a pre-retirement workshop.

Counselors are available between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Each counselor is assigned alphabetically to accounts and is trained in all aspects of the benefit structure and the retirement process.
